This page outlines the terms and conditions for the use of Aurora Carlson’s website auroracarlson.com and for the use of the products and services offered, free or payed. By accessing this website and/or purchasing products or services I assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. You must not use this website or purchase the products or services offered if you do not agree with all terms and conditiones outlined here.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions. “I”, “the service provider” “the website owner” “the owner of the website” or “Aurora Carlson” refers to Aurora Ziman Karlsson, the owner of this website and provider of services.

Intellectual Property

All the content on this website and all the content that may be emailed or in any other way transmitted to you is the intellectual property of Aurora Carlson. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, download or in any way use or acquire the content without permission. You are also not allowed to share your access to online programs, unless otherwise notified. If you are unsure of what is permitted, contact us.

Disclaimer

The information or advice presented on this website or in any interaction with the website owner, oral or written, intends to help you expand your self-insight and spiritual knowledge but is not meant to replace your own best judgment or the advice of your doctor, financial adviser, or other professionals. All the decisions you take in your life are and remain your sole responsibility. The owner of the website shall not be liable to you or any third party for the actions you take or do not take and for the results you do or do not experience, nor for any direct or indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the products and services.

Access Restrictions

If you are under the age of 18, or under the legal age in your country of residence, or have a legal guardian, you may not sign up for programs or purchase services on this website. However, your legal guardian may purchase programs and services for your benefit, after having contacted me. 

Services

Booking Availability

For any program or service that requires my personal presence, you will be able to select a time slot in my calendar within a two months’ time span from the time of booking. The exception is Life Coaching 8 weeks, where you can select within a three months' time span.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you can’t make it to an appointment, you can reschedule with the following limitations:

A. For single services (one session purchases):

You can reschedule a single service latest 48 hours before and maximum 1 time. 

B. For packages and Life Coaching  (multisession purchases):

For packages and life coaching, you can reschedule individual appointments latest 48 hours before an appointment, and maximum 2 times total. 

Important: I will do my best to find a solution, but there is no guarantee that there will be a free date and time that suits you when you reschedule.

Refunds

The following agreements apply for refunds: 

1. There are no refunds if you cancel your appointment or package. However, appointments can be  rescheduled, see “Rescheduling and Cancellation” above. 

2. There are no refunds for package appointments that have not been booked within the validity period of the package. 

3. In the unlikely event that I am not present for our video conversation on Google Meet or on the online platform we agreed on, and if you cannot or will not accept an alternative time for our meeting, then you will receive a full refund for the individual appointment. For Service Packages (e.g. Counseling Packages) and Life Coaching, you will receive a refund for that particular appointment. 

4.  If you do not show up for our online meeting, and have not rescheduled according to the conditions under “Rescheduling” above, there will be no refund.

5. If we are both present at the meeting, but we cannot have a satisfactory session because of technical difficulties beyond our control (platform malfunction), and we cannot connect on another, functional platform fast enough, then we will reschedule the session. This type of rescheduling is not subject to the limitations described under “Rescheduling and Cancellation” point 1-3 above.

6. Please note that it is your responsibility to have a good enough internet connection. You not having a good enough internet connection is no reason for a refund.

7. If any of us cannot be present due to serious reasons like documented hospitalization, natural calamities, or a death in the immediate family, we agree to do our best to reschedule at a later time when both of us can be present. 

Free and "Pay What You Want" Services

Free Introductory Meetings are a service offered only to new clients. The following conditions apply for Free Introductory Meetings:

• rescheduling is not possible. 

• If you can't make it to the meeting, I am grateful if you let me know in advance by using the cancel button in the confirmation email or by emailing me. 

• If you book a session, you are asked to also confirm your participation by emailing hello (at) auroracarlson.com earliest one week and latest the day before the scheduled meeting. This is a way to avoid any time-consuming and ungraceful no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.

For any other Free or Pay What You Want (PWYW) services, your session needs to be booked within 3 days after receiving the offer and cannot be rescheduled. No refunds are available. 

Products

The digital products offered on this website are copyrighted. Personal, non-sharable access is granted upon purchase. 

Online Book Access

The following conditions apply to the purchase of online book access: 

- You are granted acess for 1 year from the date of purchase.   

- Your payment is one-time and you will NOT be charged again at the end of the period. 

- The book is copyrighted. It may not be downloaded, copied or distributed in any form without permission from the author.  Short quotes with attribution are okay if you wish to discuss the book on social media. 

- Your online book access is personal and may not be shared. The software will terminate your access automatically if multiple use is detected. 

- You can only read the book online. Access details are in the confirmation email.

- Even if misfunction of the reading platform is very unlikely, the author can not take responsibility for occasional downtime if technical issues should occur. 

- You will be notified by email if any change to the log-in process should occur during your access period. By purchasing this product, you grant the author permission to email you in this case. 

Privacy Policy

By using this website and the products or services offered here, free or payed, you agree with our Privacy Policy.

Variation of Terms

Auroracarlson.com is permitted to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis. You are especially expected to agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before you make any purchase.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sweden for the resolution of any disputes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Aurora Carlson and you in relation to your use of this website and the products and services offered, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
