This page outlines the terms and conditions for the use of Aurora Carlson’s website auroracarlson.com and for the use of the products and services offered, free or payed. By accessing this website and/or purchasing products or services I assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. You must not use this website or purchase the products or services offered if you do not agree with all terms and conditiones outlined here.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions. “I”, “the service provider” “the website owner” “the owner of the website” or “Aurora Carlson” refers to Aurora Ziman Karlsson, the owner of this website and provider of services.

Intellectual Property

All the content on this website and all the content that may be emailed or in any other way transmitted to you is the intellectual property of Aurora Carlson. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, download or in any way use or acquire the content without permission. You are also not allowed to share your access to online programs, unless otherwise notified. If you are unsure of what is permitted, contact us.


The information or advice presented on this website or in any interaction with the website owner, oral or written, intends to help you expand your self-insight and spiritual knowledge but is not meant to replace your own best judgment or the advice of your doctor, financial adviser, or other professionals. All decisions you take in your life are and remain your sole responsibility. The owner of the website shall not be liable to you or any third party for the actions you take or do not take and for the results you do or do not experience, nor for any direct or indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the products and services.

Access Restrictions

If you are under the age of 18, or under the legal age in your country of residence, or have a legal guardian, you may not sign up for programs or purchase services on this website. However, your legal guardian may purchase programs and services for your benefit, after having contacted me

If you have a mental health diagnosis you may not sign up for the online Erase Suffering Process (ESP).


Booking Availability

For any program or service that requires my personal presence, you will be able to select a time slot in my calendar within a two months’ time span from the time of booking.

Packages with multiple services allow you to book the appointments later, within the expiration date of the package. For these appointments already paid but booked later, there is no guarantee that you will find a free time slot that suits you. 

Service Packages

For Service Packages (e.g. counseling packages), you will book the first appointment, or all appointments, at the time of purchase. Any remaining appointments can be booked immediately, or at a later time in your Client Dashboard. 

Please note that all packages have an expiration time of either 3 or 6 months, depending on the package. This date is visible when you make the booking, in your dashboard, and also in the confirmation email after you purchase. No refunds are made for expired packages. 

Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you can’t make it to an appointment, you can reschedule by going to your Client Dashboard and clicking Edit (pen symbol) and Reschedule on that appointment.  The following restrictions apply:

  1. You can only  reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment.
  2. For a single service, you may reschedule the appointment maximum 2 times. 
  3. For Service Packages (e.g. Meditation Package), you may reschedule maximum 2 appointments once each,  or one appointment 2 times.
  4. There is no guarantee that there will be a free date and time that suits you when you reschedule, or if you book your package appointments at a later time. 

There are no refunds for cancellations.

The following agreements apply for refunds: 

  1. There are no refunds if you cancel your appointment or package. However, appointments can be  rescheduled, see “Rescheduling and Cancellation” above. 
  2. In the unlikely event that I am not present for our video conversation on Sessions.us or on the online platform we agreed on, and if you cannot or will not accept an alternative time for our meeting, then you will receive a full refund for the individual appointment. For Service Packages (e.g. Counseling Packages), you will receive a refund for that particular appointment. 
  3.  If you do not show up for our online meeting, and have not rescheduled according to the conditions under “Rescheduling” above, there will be no refund.
  4. If we are both present at the meeting, but we cannot have a satisfactory session because of technical difficulties beyond our control (platform malfunction), and we cannot connect on another, functional platform fast enough, then we agree to reschedule the session. This type of rescheduling is not subject to the limitations described under “Rescheduling and Cancellation” point 1-3 above.
  5. Please note that it is your responsibility to have a good enough internet connection. Not having a good enough internet connection is no reason for refund.
  6. If any of us cannot be present due to serious reasons like natural calamities, war, or a death in the immediate family, we agree to reschedule at a later time when both of us can be present. 

There will be no refunds for services you have purchased as packages (e.g. Meditation Package), but have not booked in my calendar within the expiration date of the package. If you have not booked your subsequent sessions within the expiration date, and have not contacted me to discuss your situation and arrive at a special agreement, the service is considered delivered and no refunds will be made. 

Free and "Pay What You Want" Services

For any FREE or Pay What You Want (PWYW) services, your session needs to be booked within 3 days after receiving the offer and cannot be rescheduled. No refunds are available. 

Privacy Policy

By using this website and the products or services offered here, free or payed, you agree with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Variation of Terms

Auroracarlson.com is permitted to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis. You are especially expected to agree to the Terms and Conditions before you make any purchase.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sweden for the resolution of any disputes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Aurora Carlson and you in relation to your use of this website and the products and services offered, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
