Meditation is the straightest path back to yourself. 

Meditation is a simple and powerful practice that can help you reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance well-being. It is not about trying to force your mind to be silent. Practicing meditation correctly leads to a deepening contact with your Being, beyond the mind. This practice frees the mind from all kinds of conditioning, so it can be the beautiful, creative tool that I call the Innocent Mind.

When you rediscover your Innocent Mind, you can be present with whatever is happening in the moment, without judgment or resistance. At the same time, you gain the capacity to make conscious choices about what kind of life experience you want to have. In addition to bringing you the keys to conscious manifestation, meditation can help you cultivate a calm and clear mind, a compassionate and open heart, and a balanced and harmonious life.

Decades of work as an Ayurvedic counselor and meditation teacher have shown me that there are three main things you need when it comes to meditation: help to get started, help to go deeper, and help to manifest the life you want. That is why I have developed three main offers.

If you are new to meditation, or have never received reliable instruction, and notice no beneficial effects from your practice, this option is for you. 

I will teach you a simple and effective traditional Vedic mantra meditation technique.  We  will practice it together, making sure that you understand the process, both intellectually and experientially.  We will talk about the practical aspects of a regular meditation practice and how you can make it happen. After our session, you will know how to meditate, handle pitfalls, and recognize the signs of progress.

Don’t worry, we will keep it as simple as possible, and there will be enough time for your questions and any smiles that want to happen.  

At any point on your meditation journey, you might go through times when your mind is so restless that it’s hard to even sit down. Ironically, that’s when you need meditation the most. 

At other times, you might hit a plateau, meaning that you sit for the required time, but all you do is listen to the turbulence of your mind, and comment on it. 

In both these cases, you can benefit from meditating with me because I am an experienced meditator, and the shared resonance will bring you deeper than usual. This is a silent 1-on-1 practice, where you can feel safe following my lead.  Depending on your needs, we will do breathing exercises, and will then dive into deep, healing meditation together.

transcend and manifest

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique that can help you relax deeply, heal your body, mind, and emotions, and access your inner wisdom. You will experience many benefits, including deep rejuvenation and increased energy.

You will lie down in a comfortable position, and I will guide you through a process that unlocks access to the different layers of your being, bringing you back to wholeness.

As you arrive at the deepest level of yourself, you will introduce a conscious intention (sankalpa) which will start the process of creation right away. The yoga nidra process is extremely powerful, so make sure that you intend an outcome your soul truly desires.

Packages are a way to make it more affordable for you to have my help in a consistent manner at times when you are in the middle of a challenge or want to achieve a more substantial transformation. 

You book a package in the same way as my other services, and choose the date/time for the first session.

The remaining sessions can be booked whenever you want within the expiration time of the package, depending on availability in my calendar. You can book your appointments through the Services page, or by going to your Client Dashboard

As soon as you purchase the package, you will receive an email with detailed information regarding your appointments. 

We will meet on the video platform It is very easy and you don’t need to download anything. It works on any device, through the browsers Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari . 

Here is how it works:

  • As soon as you have made your booking, you will receive an email with appointment information and a link to the Sessions meeting. Please check your spam folder if you don’t get the email, and contact me if you can’t find it 24 hrs later. 
  • Click the Sessions meeting link a few minutes before our appointment.
  • Enter your name and the email where you want me to send any notes from our meeting. 
  • Click on Join Now. Allow access to your device camera and microphone. You will now see your video screen and can check your settings. 
  • When you are ready, click on Request to Join
  • At the time of our meeting I will show up too and we will start the session. 

Not at all. You can be anywhere in the world, as long as you have the needed internet connection. I am most often speaking from Sweden. 

No worries, when you make your booking, you will see your own time zone in my calendar. Also, in the email with appointment details, everything is shown in your time zone. 

Your time zone is based on the settings of your device, and you can see it confirmed above the calendar at the time of booking.

Yes, besides English, I instruct in Swedish and Romanian. 

If you live in regions that are far from Europe, or if you have a work schedule that makes it hard to find time slots in my calendar, contact me and I’ll try to help.

1) For the Meditation Instruction and Meditate With Me sessions, you need to be in a quiet space where you can focus inward without being interrupted (phone, children, pets, etc). Please sit in a comfortable chair that allows you to have a straight spine. You can also sit crossed-legged on the floor if you prefer, as long as we still have video contact. 

2) For Yoga Nidra, you need to lie down on a yoga mat or bed, with enough support to feel comfortable for the whole session, but retaining a straight spine. Have a blanket ready in case you need to cover yourself.  You might also want to have earphones to hear me clearly.

Make sure you will not be disturbed during the practice. Remember to also turn off notifications on your phone. 

If you have not worked with me before and want to see if the chemistry is right, you are more than welcome to book a free introductory meeting (30 minutes). You can do so on the Services page

If you can’t make it to an appointment, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before and a maximum of 2 times per purchase. To reschedule, go to your Client Dashboard and click Edit (pen symbol) and Reschedule on that appointment.  

You can cancel an appointment or package in the same way, by clicking the Cancel button. I am grateful if you free that time slot in my calendar in case you have to cancel, but kindly note that there are no refunds for cancellations. Read the complete Terms and Conditions
