View, reschedule or cancel your appointments, find the link to our Zoom meeting, manage your profile, and book new services.
You can find the Reschedule and Cancel options under the pen symbol (edit) on the appointment.Â
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment, and maximum 2 times per purchased service or package. Kindly note that there are no refunds for cancellations. Read the full Terms and Conditions.
Click on the appointment. You will see all the appointment details, including your link to the Zoom meeting. You have also received these details in the confirmation email.
Click the “Make a New Appointment” button below the dashboard. It will open the booking interface where you can choose a service or package, pick a date, and make the payment.
For some services, you can book extras (other suitable services booked right after the main service) or packages (discounted sets of services that can be booked separately).
To book extras or packages, click the “Make a New Appointment” button below the dashboard. It will open the booking interface where you can choose a main service. You will then see what packages or extras are available for that service, if any. Clicking any of them adds them to your booking process.Â
Click on your email address in the upper left corner of the client dashboard. Your profile is linked in the dropdown.
